Orders

Orders are accepted when the florist confirms the order or starts preparing it. The florist may contact you if details are missing, unavailable or need to be changed.

Flowers and natural materials vary by season and availability. The florist may make reasonable substitutions of similar style, colour and value where needed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website at the time of ordering. Delivery, collection, workshop or other charges may be added during checkout before payment is completed.

Payments are processed securely by the payment provider. Orders may not be prepared or released until payment has been authorised, unless the florist has agreed another arrangement.

Delivery and collection

Delivery dates, times and areas depend on the options shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, recipient information and access instructions.

If no one is available to receive a delivery, the florist may follow the delivery instructions, leave the order in a safe place where appropriate, attempt redelivery, or contact you for further instructions. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the florist as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once flowers have been ordered, prepared, dispatched or reserved for a specific date.

Fresh flowers, perishable items and personalised or bespoke arrangements may be excluded from standard cancellation rights unless they are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and problems

If there is a problem with an order, contact Hare's Garden promptly with your order details and photos where relevant. The florist will review the issue and may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund or another suitable remedy depending on the circumstances.

Workshops and events

Workshop places, event bookings and consultation appointments are subject to availability. The florist may set specific cancellation, rescheduling or attendance rules for each booking.

If a workshop or event must be cancelled by the florist, customers will be offered a refund, transfer or alternative arrangement where appropriate.
